Spreading kindness has always been her message, which has come to represent her source of strength. Having assisted several social upliftment programs, it was during the Pandemic when she recognized her calling and the importance of strengthening the human bond, exhibiting ownership in conjunction with accountability. With a vision to create a community that builds upon human capacities, learning evangelist, Puja Rawat Sethi founded her non-profit Project Eka Foundation.
Her nonprofit builds equal opportunities through many ‘boots on the ground’ community initiatives such as ‘Right to education’ under Project Sharda, several ‘Skill-based Vocational Training programs’ under Project Kushalya, and touching lives with Project Hello Zindagi, where her team works towards strategizing and establishing innovative out-of-the-box programs to support livelihoods.
Listening to the voice of people is Puja’s key to serve our communities in the most transparent manner. Holding her 20+ years of corporate Learning and Development experience by her side, nurturing talent, identifying potential, and honing skills is an integral part of her persona. This has led her to mentor young minds in their entrepreneurial journey.
A wonderful artist, a trained Kathak dancer, a phenomenal cook, and a food connoisseur, it would be right to say that Puja is the person of multiple talents. In her latest pursuit, she is curating the menu for a start up in the F&B domain. Married to Anurag for 18 years, Puja is strongly supported by her family, including her daughter in this endeavor. Puja strives to inculcate each of our own versions of strength by serving those around her with passion. Rishabh has created award winning film & still campaigns for leading brands in the fashion and advertising space and has recently directed an upcoming web series with Applause Entertainment.
Passionate about media tech, corporate strategy, arts, culture and community service, Rishabh has kept a cursory engagement with his community. He believes in sharing his creative arts knowledge and has often taught disenfranchised children and the under privileged.
