MEHENDI workshop being imparted to 17 women and girls at Marol, Andheri as a part of upskilling through Project Kushalya

At Project EKA Foundation, we conceptualize and organize several skills workshops under our community initiative #Projectkushalya for the marginalized communities, cultivating self-sustainable individuals. These workshops are designed to empower underserved communities with practical skills, such as sewing, crafts, tailoring, Mehndi art to help them achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives. We identify and create learning opportunities and provide a platform that transitions them to a high opportunity pool, nurture their talents & abilities to open a plethora of new doors for them with no costs involved.

We are so proud to share these beautiful pictures from our recently concluded Mehndi Workshop (a series of 8 learning sessions by Ms. Tasneem Ujjainwala) for 20 women from the Marol community, Mumbai.
